Chicken liver pate, redcurrant glaze, served with warm bread
Confit of duck stack with crispy wontons and a Thai vermicelli noodle salad
Salmon gravlax, beetroot puree, avocado mousse and brioche


Mains
Grass fed Hereford eye fillet, porcini mushroom ravioli and a red wine jus
Turkey breast stuffed with sage and onion, celeriac remoulade and cranberry jus
Panfried fish of the day, wild mushroom risotto, tomato salsa, lemon hollandaise

Crepe Suzette, vanilla bean ice cream
